GREEN AGENDA |

To ensure this event is run in keeping with the agenda that it wishes to promote we are taking the following steps to reduce our effect on the environment.
Print and Paper - We are aiming to reduce the amount of paper we use in both the promotion and execution of the event. However, where we need to use paper we will ensure that it is from a sustainable source.
The Venue - Responding to feedback received about last years venue we have searched London for the venue with the most comprehensive sustainability agenda. This takes us back to The Brewery which itself was a regeneration project and which also has an extremely detailed policy covering everything from energy use to the sourcing of local produce in its catering.
The Event - We have already briefed both the venue and production company about the importance of this agenda when producing the show and they are making large steps to ensure that while the quality of the night itself is not jeopardised, all decisions are reviewed to meet our strict guidelines. Therefore the set will be made from reclaimed or recycled materials. All food will be locally sourced and lighting will be kept to a minimum. |
